THE MICROFORMER

Created by French innovator Sebastien Lagree, the Microformer machine delivers a full-body workout that incorporates strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility training. It is designed for both men and women of all fitness level and its compact, lightweight, & portable design makes it incredibly versatile.
​
The Microformer is made up of a moving carriage, resistance coils, and platforms, offering more variation than the traditional Pilates reformer. It allows clients to smoothly transition through movements, keeping your heart pumping, while protecting joints.
​
Unlike traditional weight training, the Microformer utilizes spring tension which allows for more range of motion, slow controlled movements, and continuous tension - optimizing muscle activation.
​

TIMER?
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
COME EARLY
If you are a Microformer newbie, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class so we can introduce you to the equipment and the method.

HYDRATE
Don't forget that H2O! Drink water before, during and after your ASSET MGMT workout. Forgot your water or emptied your bottle? No worries, we have bottled water for purchase at the studio. Please also bring a towel if you prefer to have one.
​
GET A GRIP
We don't want you slipping during that lunge. As a result, grip socks are required for all Microformer classes. Don't own a pair? No problem. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
